How Does Ultrasound Work?
Ultrasound sends high-frequency sound waves through your pet’s body, which create echoes that are translated into 3D images of the internal organs. Results are produced instantly from the imaging wand while it is in contact with your pet. These high-definition images give our veterinarians a glimpse at how your pet’s organs are functioning in real-time, enabling them to make a diagnosis with minimal invasiveness.
