Feline Health Care
Cats are happiest when they’re healthy, and that begins with regular veterinary care. All cats should undergo a complete wellness exam at least once a year to keep their veterinarian up to date on their health and ensure any health issues are diagnosed promptly. These yearly exams should include a physical examination, vaccinations (according to your cat’s schedule), nutritional evaluations, and screenings for serious or subtle diseases like leukemia and feline FIV.
Your cat’s annual exam is an ideal time to discuss your cat’s health with your veterinarian. Our team is happy to discuss anything related to your feline companion’s health, from mobility and arthritis to nutrition and dental care, or any other topics of concern.
Creating Your Cat’s Complete Health Profile
Our comprehensive wellness examinations allow us to develop a comprehensive health profile for your cat. This data gives us a baseline of your cat’s health to measure against any future developments while also giving us a chance to identify medical problems early on when they can still be treated at a lower cost and with less intensive treatment.
Common signs of health issues in cats include:
- Urinary tract disease
- Skin problems (itchy skin, hair loss, allergies)
- Dental issues
- Ear infections
- Fleas
- Increased drinking
- Loss of appetite, decreased appetite
- Abnormal urinating

If your cat shows any of these symptoms, call us right away to book a wellness visit or schedule an appointment online.
